David Sousa, CPA
David M. Sousa is the Managing Partner of Sousa CPAs. A Certified Public Accountant since 1991 and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), David brings more than three decades of experience advising businesses and individuals throughout California and across the United States. David and his team serve more than 1,000 businesses nationwide, providing strategic guidance on business planning, real estate transactions, cash flow management, financing, business acquisitions and expansions, negotiations, mediation, estate planning, and other complex financial matters. He is widely recognized for his expertise in the dairy and agricultural industries, where he has spent decades advising farmers, dairies, ranches, and agribusinesses on tax planning, operational efficiency, succession planning, and long-term growth strategies.
In addition to traditional tax and advisory services, David provides litigation support, business valuations, and forensic accounting services in complex financial disputes. His ability to combine technical expertise with practical business insight has made him a trusted advisor to companies across a wide range of industries, with a particular passion for helping agricultural businesses navigate the unique challenges and opportunities of their industry.

Andrew Sousa
Andrew Sousa graduated from California State University, Fresno in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business. After graduation, he joined the family business as Office Manager, where he quickly developed a strong understanding of the firm's operations and client service philosophy. Today, Andrew serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sousa CPAs, overseeing the day-to-day operations of all six office locations. He works closely with the firm's leadership and staff to ensure clients receive exceptional service and that the firm operates efficiently across every office. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and watching football.
Christopher Sousa, CPA
Christopher Sousa graduated from Central Valley Christian High School in 2018 before continuing his education and football career at the College of the Sequoias. After graduating in 2020, he attended Oklahoma State University before transferring to California State University, Fresno, where he graduated with honors in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Following graduation, Christopher joined KPMG's Fort Worth office, where he worked in the Audit practice serving private equity clients. He later returned to California to join Sousa CPAs and earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2025.
As a Partner, Christopher oversees the firm's Central Coast offices while also assisting with operations throughout the Central Valley. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals while fostering the firm's continued growth and commitment to exceptional client service. Outside the office, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family, working out, hiking, and watching football.
Kenneth Brisco, CPA
Kenneth Brisco is a Certified Public Accountant at Sousa CPAs with specialized expertise in credits, grants, and incentive programs. He works closely with businesses to identify strategic tax-saving opportunities, maximize available incentives, and support long-term financial growth. By combining strong technical accounting knowledge with a practical, results-driven approach, Kenneth helps clients navigate complex tax and regulatory challenges while uncovering opportunities that create measurable value.
A graduate of California State University, Fresno, Kenneth has built his career on helping organizations strengthen their financial position through thoughtful planning, proactive problem-solving, and personalized client service. He is known for his attention to detail, collaborative style, and ability to translate complex tax and accounting concepts into clear, actionable strategies that support business objectives.
The most rewarding part of Kenneth's work is helping clients discover opportunities they did not know existed. Whether it is identifying valuable tax credits, securing grant funding, or developing strategies that support long-term growth, he finds it rewarding to deliver solutions that have a meaningful impact on a client's success. Building trusted relationships and becoming a resource that clients can rely on is one of the most fulfilling aspects of his career.
Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on Fresno State, and staying active as a former collegiate tennis player. He has always had a passion for motorsports and enjoys any opportunity to be around cars and racing. He is also known among family and friends for his barbecue and can often be found tending the smoker on weekends.
